PROTOTYPING

Some products require a great deal of investment in tooling before mass-manufacture can begin. In these cases customers often choose to create an initial prototype that doesn’t require such a financial outlay. A very useful commodity if you are looking to test the market or sell product before committing to mass-manufacture.

Once full technical drawings have been generated Sund can help to create a fully functioning prototype as close to a mass manufacture product as possible.

SUND are used to creating prototypes with a wide range of functional and aesthetic requirements and have experience with a variety of rapid prototyping methods including, but not limited to, CNC, SLS and SLA.

All we require to create prototypes are 2D or 3D technical drawings. Of course, if your project is not quite at that stage you can work with our product design team to help generate technical drawings for you.
